Talk at EU ISS High-Level Conference on 'Crisis Management 2014: The Record'

On 23 May 2014, I was invited by the EU ISS to speak at their High Level Conference on 'Crisis Management 2014: The Record'. Drawing on the insights generated by the Executive Course on Global Risk Analysis and Crisis Management, my talk focused on open source analysis approaches to political risk analysis and the difficulties of the comprehensive approach between the EU, NATO and the United Nations.
