European Parliament Briefing on Responsibility to Protect (R2P): The Just and Valid Case

On 8 March 2012, I was invited by the AFET Committee of the European Parliament to brief MEPs on the Responsibility to Protect: the Just and Valid Case. Chaired by MEP Alexander Graf Lambsdorff (ALDE), my co-panelists included Professor Jennifer Welsh (Oxford), Leonardo Paz (Centro Brasileiro de Relações Internacionais, Brazil) and Vasilka Sancin, Assistant Professor of International Law, Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana.
